11/08/2006 – Group One Productions, LLC, is registered in Delaware.

Circa 2/2007 – Paramount secretly greenlights Cloverfield.

Circa 6/4/2007 - Slusho.jp changes it’s registration from “Jackoway Tyerman Wertheimer” (JTW) to “Satoshi Kagashima.”

6/12/2007 – Group One is registered to conduct business in California.

7/4/2007 – Cloverfield trailer appears in theaters.

7/10/2007 – Bold Futura, LLC, is registered in California by JTW.

7/13/2007 – Bold Futura trademarks “Slusho!”

7/18/2007 – JTW and Group One trademark “Overnight” for “motion picture, television and music production and distribution services.”
